Neverdark app

Our fireplaces are safe and offer one of the best views of the fire possible. The ultimate "smart" fireplace for everyone. This includes intelligent controls and to make the fire pit as user-friendly as possible our team developed the Neverdark app.

The power of fire in the palm of your hand

The Neverdark app (available for iOS and Android) makes operating your fireplace easier than ever. After switching on, your fireplace automatically connects to the app via Wifi and is ready to use within seconds. The app not only helps you to switch your fireplace on or off easily, but also offers valuable insights into usage data.

First, your Neverdark app will show you exactly what the fuel level is in the internal bioethanol tank. Not only do you know when the system needs to be refilled, you also know how much burn time is left. Regardless of whether you use the internal or external tank, the app can be connected to both solutions. The app not only provides information about consumption and the fuel level, but also allows the fireplace to be easily adjusted to different flame heights. By regulating the flame intensity, both the fire image itself and the fuel consumption are regulated.

  • Connect the fireplace

    In order for the application to be able to communicate with the cooker, the cooker must first be found by the mobile application. Just click on the "+" sign to open the network configuration.

  • Access to Wi-Fi configuration

    To connect the smartphone to the fireplace, the fireplace emits a Wifi signal when it is pressed for 5 seconds on the top left of the QLED screen.

  • Neverdark Wifi-connection

    The login details will be displayed on the fireplace screen and the smartphone will show the wifi instructions to connect to the wifi.

  • Connect to your own Wifi

    After entering the login data, the smartphone is connected to the temporary WiFi signal of the fireplace. The connection will take a few seconds.

  • Define fireplace location

    A location can be defined in the app, so that it is easy to distinguish between fireplaces in multiple rooms, for example the living room and bedroom.

  • Activate fireplace in assigned location

    After creating the location in the app, the fireplace can be activated. You can now see how much bioethanol liquid is in the fireplace and what the remaining burning time is.

  • Determine the location of the fireplace

    When the start button is pressed, the activation of the fire starts. Refilling is not possible during the activation process and the warm-up time takes a few minutes. During this process, the bioethanol is evaporated.

  • Enjoy and regulate the flame height

    A location can be defined in the app, which makes it possible to distinguish between fireplaces in different rooms, e.g. B. in the living room and bedroom, facilitated.

  • Activating the fire pit at the assigned location

    After the location has been created in the app, the fireplace can be activated. You can now see how much bioethanol liquid is in the fire and how long it will burn.

  • Activating the fireplace

    As soon as the start button is pressed, the activation of the fire begins. It cannot be refilled during the activation process and the warm-up time takes a few minutes. In this process, the bioethanol is vaporized.
