That’s why you’ll find that our products are only available from experienced, independent retailers who are happy to show you a selection of models on site in their showrooms, often fully operational. These independent retailers will discuss your individual requirements, both technically (such as sizing the heat output to your room and advice on your flue type) and design; and make sure to choose the most suitable product for your home. They can also advise or assist you with the installation process and can help you provide after-sales support and maintenance for your device that you may need in the future.
While we encourage our retailers to promote fireplace products and their points of sale over the internet, we believe that an adequate level of customer service and satisfaction cannot be obtained from nationwide online sales and we strongly recommend that you take this into consideration when conducting your research and making a purchase decision. Please also note that we do not provide technical support (beyond our legal responsibilities) for products purchased through nationwide online sales, where such support would normally be provided by one of our qualified, independent retailers.
